Ann D. Puskar, 87 Struthers- Ann D. Puskar, 87, of 123 Chestnut Street, died Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Mrs. Puskar was born October 3, 1916 in Sheffield, Pennsylvania, a daughter of John and Susan Ondoncin Vasilchek. She came to Struthers as a young girl and was a life-long resident. She was an elevator operator for the Reality Company and Central Tower in downtown Youngstown for 22 years. She later was a park attendant for the Yellow Creek Park in Struthers for 18 years. She was a member of St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church and itsâa�a�� Infant Jesus of Prague and Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Struthers Senior Citizens. Her husband Michael S. Puskar whom she married October 1942 died August 14, 1967. She leaves one son, John Puskar at home; three sisters, Sister Mary Ann, Order of St. Basil, Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Helen Schilling of New Middletown and Eileen Kisak of Lowellville; two brothers, Michael Vasilchek of Youngstown and Edward Vasilchek of Struthers; one granddaughter, Lisa Dando; one great-grandson, Cain Dando and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, two sons, Michael and Edward Puskar, three sisters, Susan Ramsey, Mary Fallat and Delores Vasilchek and one brother, John Vasilchek preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 10:15 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home and 11:00 AM at St. Michael Byzantine Church, Campbell. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
