Ann Irene Dull, 56 YOUNGSTOWN âa�" Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday at the Davidson Becker Funeral Home in Struthers for Ann Irene Dull, 56, of Youngstown who passed Thursday morning at her residence. She was born April 8, 1950 in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Doris Jean Lowry Balluck and was a life long area resident. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her mother Doris Jean Balluck of New Middletown; a daughter, Barbie Dull of New Middletown; three brothers, William Balluck of New Middletown, Michael Balluck of Costa Mesa, California and Stephen Balluck of New Middletown; and three grandchildren; her finance, Terry Black of Youngstown and her dogs, Journey and Liberty.
