Struthers - Amy G. Mirich, 77, of 629 Elm Street, died January 17, 2010 at her daughter's home in Oldsmar, Florida.
Mrs. Mirich was born October 12, 1932 in Youngstown, a daughter of Walter Hack and Twila (nee Lindsay) Hack Lucaric.
She was a 1950 graduate of East High School. Mrs. Mirich worked at Dollar Bank for 4 years, Family Dollar Store for 11 years, and Gabriel Brothers for 8 years.
She was a member of the Struthers Presbyterian Church, TOPS OH #822, Dollar Bank Retirees, and the Red Hats.
Her husband, Michael J. Mirich Sr., whom she married July 28, 1962, died April 28, 1989.
She leaves two daughters, Elizabeth (Thomas) VanSuch of Oldsmar, FL and Cynthia (Lee) Parks of Glendale, AZ; two sons, Paul (Linda) Mirich of Vacaville, CA and Michael (Kelli) Mirich Jr. of Hope Mills, NC; a sister, Martha (William) Cupp of Youngstown; a brother, William (Rose) Hack of Youngstown; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; many beloved brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; a good neighbor and best friend, Truman Smith; and her beautiful granddaughter, Julie who was always there to help her.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and John Hack; and a sister, Evelyn Frketich.
Services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Struthers Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at Belmont Park Cemetery in Youngstown.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers and Saturday from 9-9:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
