Alice Ruark Leaf

Alice Ruark Leaf, 82 Summerville, SC.- Alice Ruark Leaf, 82, of Turtle Cove Road, formerly of Struthers died Thursday morning at Trident Medical Center. She was born in Buena Vista, Wisconsin July 11, 1920, a daughter of Raymond and Ethel Berry Bennett. Mrs. Leaf graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education fromYoungstown State University. She was a teacher at Lyon Platt Elementary School for 25 years, retiring in 1975. She was a member of the Retired Teachers Association and the Professional Business Women. She leaves her husband, Harry G. Leaf, whom she married in April 1974; one son James Michael (Sandi) Ruark of Boardman; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Monday 10 AM the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Sunday from 5-8 PM and Monday from 9:00-9:45 AM.
