Boardman - Alan D. Conzett, 68, passed away on April 6, 2024 at the Hospice House.
He was born January 29, 1956 in Youngstown, a son of Georgia (Kerr) Ramhoff of Boardman and the late Fred Conzett.
Alan graduated from Poland High School. He worked in construction for over 30 years with DU Construction until his retirement.
Known for his incredible work ethic and great sense of humor, Alan was a hard worker who could fix just about anything that came his way. He always lent a helping hand to those in need and approached every challenge with determination and a positive attitude. Whether it was fixing cars or solving problems around the house, Alan's skills knew no bounds.
Those who were fortunate enough to be touched by Alan's kindness will remember him as a man devoted to his family above all else. His unwavering love and commitment to his loved ones were evident in every aspect of his life. Alan was not only a devoted husband but also a wonderful dad who brought joy and laughter wherever he went.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, the former Leslie Pappas, whom he loved dearly; his children, Neil (Alyssa) Conzett of Granville, Valerie (Michael) Butch of Poland, and Ian (Megan) Conzett of Poland; his grandchildren, Olivia, Blake, Owen, Ian, and Luke; his siblings, Sharie (Eddy) Erhardt of Poland, Brian Conzett of Youngstown, Kenny (Lisa) Conzett of Poland, Larry (Marci) Conzett of Struthers, and Jeff (Nikki) Conzett of Georgia; his sister-in-law, Kim Conzett; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, David Conzett.
Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland, followed immediately by a memorial celebration of his life beginning at 11:00 a.m.
